General conditions
The rented room will be used exclusively by the tenant herself, without being able to share the room with other people except for visits.
The tenant will be subject to the rules of use and Community regulations that govern the properties and in any case to those of good neighborliness.
It is expressly forbidden to introduce animals on the floor, even if they were domestic.
The tenant agrees to maintain, at all times, a good coexistence with the other people staying in the apartment. Failure to comply with said commitment will be cause for termination of the contract.
It is forbidden to use the room for any other use than that specified.
The tenant agrees not to introduce toxic or flammable materials into the apartment, or dangerous mechanisms for the property, responding in any case for the damages that may occur due to non-compliance.
General expenses, supplies and taxes.
The community expenses, insurance and WIFI will be the property's account.
All these expenses are already included in the rent, as well as taxes, fees and charges levied on the apartment where the rented room is located, as well as the Real Estate Tax.
The expenses derived from the consumption of the different supplies of the apartment, in which the rented room is located, such as water, gas electricity, are not included.
